SICP exercises

About this

A long while ago I worked my way through most of the exercises in the first three (?) chapters of SICP, that is, `Structure and Interpretation of Computer Programs' by Abelson and Sussmans (2nd edition 1996). I got away from it for a while but it's good mental exercise. I'll plan to put them here by chapter until they get too unwieldy, then I guess each exercise will get its own page or something. By then, that shouldn't be any trouble. Pages will fit in like this, though this is messy and unsightly for now... Chapter 1

For now though, we have to wait for a few more things to get set up before we can populate the page.
